We proudly announce our online credit card payment option

Dusty Trails Safaris & Car Hire Namibia is proud to announce a new service for our valued customers! As of now (June 2021) we offer online credit card payment.

Your benefits with credit card payment

Our new credit card service is even bringing multiple advantages for you. Check out your list of benefits:

  • easy an comfortable payment process directly on our website ( dustynamibia.com/payment )
  • no additional costs for foreign bank transfers on your side
  • no need to send additional payment proof
  • immediate payment receipt via e-mail after successful transaction
  • make use of additional services or insurances linked to your credit card (*depends on the services of your credit card contract)
  • easy refund process for car rental deposits

Of course all credit card transactions are handled using state of the art security procedures. These are provided by our payment service provider PAYGATE in cooperation with FNB. None of your private data is stored on dustynamibia.com during the transaction.

How payment works?

As we are focusing on individual safari experiences you might recognize that most services are not having a direct pricing. We are elaborating the perfect trip with suitable prices together with each individual customer. Once we commonly agreed on the desired services the official invoice will give you the overview about overall trip costs.

To pay this invoice you can decide weather you prefer a bank transfer or the credit card payment. For each payment please use your dedicated invoice number as a reference number. You can find all payment information in our Payment & Deposit area.

Should you have any problems or questions – please never hesitate to contact us!

We are looking forward to serve your next trip!

Your Dusty Team
